Service Disruption Across the Rise Platform
Resolved - The system has fully stabilized, and all services across the Rise platform are operating normally.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and the core issue has been resolved. Access to the platform dashboard and Rise assets has been fully restored, and the processing delays affecting webhooks, emails, and balance issuances have subsided.

While full functionality has recovered and services are returning to normal, users may still experience minor, intermittent slowness as our systems fully stabilize. Our engineering team is continuing to monitor performance closely to ensure everything remains stable.
